Kevin Elwell, Of Counsel
Kevin M. Elwell graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he was a member of the national moot court team. Kevin practiced in Atlanta, Greenville, and Brunswick before he opened a law office in Athens in 2014. The firm maintains an office in Brunswick, to serve clients in South Georgia. Over the years, Kevin has represented hundreds of injured individuals and workers, and has also litigated many cases on behalf of small- and medium-sized businesses.
Kevin and his wife, Brenda, have three grown children and live in Athens with their black and white labs, and their loud cat. Brenda owns and operates a court reporting firm, Athens Court Reporting. Kevin and Brenda both enjoy running and cooking, and Kevin has great personal interest in pickling and the craft beer scene, especially Georgia’s.
